Best Time to Visit Kaziranga
The weather experienced in Kaziranga National Park is typically tropical. The summer is very hot and humid (April - June), and cold nights in winters (November - January). The park gets flooded with the water of Brahmaputra River during monsoon every year. The rainy season starts from May and continues to August. Park remains closed during these seasons. The months of November to April are the best time to visit Kaziranga National Park.

Kaziranga National Park is divided into the four tourism zones- Central Zone, Eastern Zone, Western Zone and Burapahar Zone




June to September (Monsoon)
The Park remains closed from May to October as Kaziranga gets flooded with the water of Brahmaputra. From June to September receives heavy rainfall.
The climate during these months is mild and dry and perhaps the best time to visit the Kaziranga National Park.
